Reducing stock shrinkage with a movement ledger
A stock book that only records totals cannot show where fertiliser or chemicals went. A movement ledger with regular stocktakes can.

Every bag in, every bag out
A movement ledger records each receipt, issue, transfer and adjustment with who did it and why. The balance is always the sum of movements, so nobody can simply overwrite a number.
Stocktakes that mean something
Count the store regularly and compare with the ledger. AgriLink records the difference as an adjustment with a reason, and repeated differences on the same item show up as a shrinkage alert.
