Check farm membership as well as job title
Access to one farm must not grant access to another. Review invitations, departed staff and shared devices regularly. A platform administrator is not automatically a member of every farm’s daily operations.
Review approvals and evidence
Compare recent approvals with supporting orders, timesheets and receipts. Restricting access reduces risk but does not replace supervision, strong passwords or careful handling of downloaded reports.
