What we do to keep your data private, correct and recoverable. We don't claim certifications we don't hold.
Each farm's data is kept separate
Every record belongs to one farm, and database rules let only that farm's members see it. Platform admins can't read a farm's day-to-day records without being given a role, and that access is logged and the farm is told.
Roles and approvals
Owners, managers, supervisors, accountants, vets and read-only viewers each see and do only what their role allows. Payroll, purchases and tasks can need approval.
Audit log
Changes to important records are logged automatically, with who made them and when.
Tamper-evident traceability
Trace events are linked together by digital fingerprints and can't be edited or deleted. Anyone can check that the history hasn't been changed. This is a secure database record, not a public blockchain.
Private photos and documents
Uploads are stored privately, limited to safe file types, and shared only through links that expire after 15 minutes.
Backups and export
Owners and managers can export the whole farm to Excel or JSON at any time. The hosting platform also keeps database backups.
Sign-in
Email confirmation is required. Google sign-in is available.
AI answers are checked
Every AI advisor answer is checked against the farm records it was given. Anything it can't support is flagged.
